The Hunter Douglas Gallery Gold Guarantee
Because Hunter Douglas and Barrydowne Paint are so thoroughly committed to your satisfaction, your new window fashions are also backed by our exclusive 20/20 Gallery Gold Guarantee.
Once the installation of your new window coverings is complete, we invite you to experience and enjoy them in your home for 20 days. At the end of this 20-day period, in the unlikely event you are not thoroughly satisfied, we will make a one-time replacement of your window coverings with a Hunter Douglas product of equal or lesser value of your choice. It’s that simple.
Program Rules: The 20/20 Gallery Gold Guarantee applies to residential installations only, limit one claim per window per customer order. It excludes damages & abuse, improper installation, mismeasurement, product stacking or control side change, warranty claims, warranty waivers, hard-wired motorization products & specialty shapes requiring templates, repairs, re-makes, displays, parts & components, commercial/contract orders. Change in product size (i.e. inside mount to outside mount or vice versa) is excluded. Re-order size must be the same as the original sizes unless otherwise authorized. If the replacement product is of greater value, simply pay the difference in value. No credits or refunds for products of lesser value. Customer is responsible for the cost of removal of original product and installation of replacement product at standard rates.
