Territory Manager
Robert Rouwen is Carboline's Territory Manager for South West and Northern Ontario, this position he holds since 2021.He has been working in the coatings industry for 45 years, with his background in Industrial and Marine Coatings, Robert has been working in Europe on various prestigious Engineering and Bridge Projects and in the Middle East and Far East in the Ship Building (New Buildings) and Repair (Dry-docking) Industry. Robert is a Level 2 Certified NACE Coatings Inspector and holds European Certification 1 &2 from the V.O.M. Institute for Surface Treatment Techniques and Coatings, he also holds an Industrial Painter Apprenticeship from SVS in the Netherland.
Engineering Sales Manager
Pedro Escudero is Carboline’s Engineering Sales Manager for Eastern Canada, a company where he has also held the positions of Coatings Specialist and Senior Engineer during his 26 years tenure. Pedro is a Structural Engineering graduate from the University of Chile who also holds an M.B.A. from Queen’s University and is a level 3 Certified NACE Coatings Inspector.
Global Product Line Manager
Kristen Blankenship has a bachelor’s of science degree in Chemistry. During her 27 year career, she has worked for various coating manufacturers and raw material suppliers. She spent 18 years formulating coatings ranging from UV curable, waterbased, solventbased 2K, and powder. Since 2015 she has focused on sales and marketing of high value- add products for long- service life and sustainability. In 2022 she joined Carboline as Global Product Line Manager for Atmospheric Coatings and Corrosion Control.
